The SDI Rescue Diver Slates offers the user a DCS Field Evaluation and place to record a full diver (and/or Buddy) interview, including an area for dive profile, sign and symptoms of DCS, first aid for suspected DCS, and finally a full Field Neurological Observation Record. An assistant slate is provided to allow for easy recall of the various recommended procedures, as well as an area for additional case notes. This item is plastic, and completely water-proof.
